Initial treatment

or Permethrin 5% cream ---
10% Benzyl Benzoate Repeat a second time between the 8th and 14th day
Ivermectin oral 200µg/kg off-label use

Ivermectin's case

The treatment of breastfeeding women in contact with a case of scabies (primary circle) is recommended according to recommendations above, favoring Ivermectin.

Ivermectin is preferred in cases of poor skin condition, particularly mammary involvement.
