	Ivermectin oral 200µg/kg off-label use

Ivermectin's case

The treatment of breastfeeding women in contact with a case of scabies (primary circle) is recommended according to recommendations above, favoring Ivermectin.

Ivermectin is preferred in cases of poor skin condition, particularly mammary involvement.

Other considerations

For the use of Ivermectin, an infectious disease advice is required if stay in tropical zone exposes to risk of loasis.

Strategy for Breast-feeding Contact cases women

The treatment for breastfeeding women in contact with a case of scabies (primary circle) is recommended according to the previous guidelines, with a preference for Ivermectin.
