Therapeutic Proposal
| Permethrin 5% cream out of licence |
Apply on Day 1 and repeat between Day 8 and Day 14. |
Note 1.
For reasons of tolerance, Permethrin is preferred to benzyl benzoate even if the latter has Marketing Authorization from one month.
Note 2.
Sulfur ointment, the oldest treatment for scabies, seems to be used with good tolerance and effectiveness, regardless of the child's age, but this product is not available in France.
